Magdalena Siekacz – Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CROS CRO
Responsible for the strategic development of the organization, operational oversight of Phase I–IV clinical trial projects, and building relationships with business partners across the life sciences sector. She leads the company’s key processes, ensuring the highest quality standards and the efficiency of all project executions.
She began her career in clinical research 17 years ago, after returning from the United States, where she lived for 13 years. She gained experience in renowned institutions and global organizations such as the Oncology Center in Warsaw, the AstraZeneca HUB, Janssen-Cilag, and international CROs. Within these structures, she led and managed large research projects, working with interdisciplinary teams and major sponsors.
In 2017, she founded CROS CRO, pursuing her vision of creating a modern, flexible, and quality-focused organization supporting innovative clinical research. Her extensive operational experience, deep industry knowledge, and strategic business approach form the foundation of the company’s dynamic growth.
Magdalena Siekacz brings to CROS CRO a unique combination of strong leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of the international clinical research market, and the ability to build effective, long-term partnerships. Under her leadership, the company maintains high operational standards and successfully delivers projects for sponsors across the entire life sciences sector.

Agnieszka Tykwińska
Chief Operating Officer
Agnieszka is an experienced HR and recruitment professional with over 18 years of expertise in the life sciences sector. She is a qualified psychologist, which allows her to combine strong business acumen with a deep understanding of human behavior, leadership, and organizational dynamics. Agnieszka previously founded and led a boutique Executive Search agency and held the role of HR Business Partner in global organizations such as ICON, Syneos Health, and Asseco SEE. She has successfully delivered complex recruitment projects across Life Sciences, HR, Legal and IT.
Aleksandra Kania
QA/QC Manager
Experienced in both early and late phase clinical trials. She started her professional career in this field at a clinical site as a Pharmacist and later as a QA/QC Specialist. Oversees quality control and quality assurance of processes and documentation, while leading the development and maintenance of procedures and the Quality Management System. Graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Medical University of Warsaw. Participated in numerous courses related to clinical trials and quality management. Certified ISO Auditor.
Anna Kamela
Clinical Operations Manager
Clinical Operations Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects in clinical research and other highly regulated industries. Responsible for strategic planning and oversight of clinical trial execution, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and full regulatory compliance. Experienced in both local and international environments, combining strategic vision with strong execution capabilities. Works closely with the Business Development team to support project growth and build long-term, trusted partnerships.

Head of Business Development
Marcin is responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech companies. As a Business Development Manager, Marcin supports sponsors across the full lifecycle of clinical trials. With a strong background in business development, Marcin has experience identifying client needs, coordinating proposals and budgets, and guiding partners through the clinical and operational aspects of study planning, with a strong focus on quality and long-term collaboration.
